RETURNS & REFUND POLICY/USA & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
All returns are subject to a 20% (Twenty Percent) restocking fee. Our return policy lasts 30 (Thirty Consecutive Business & Non-Business Days, and this also includes USA Federal Holidays and Saturday’s and Sunday’s, Etc.). If 30 (Thirty) days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item's) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Some health and personal care items

 To complete your return, we require your invoice number.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
All merchandise must be in a re-salable condition.

Prior to a product being returned and credit issued, an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number which must be obtained by the customer from Funky Tea Shirt®.

Once issued, the return authorization number from RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number expires 30 (Thirty) consecutive days from date issued; no exceptions.

Return authorization is not issued for merchandise after 30 (Thirty) days from the date of invoice.

Collect shipments are not accepted and will be refused by Funky Tea Shirt®.

No credit will be issued for abused or customer damaged merchandise by Funky Tea Shirt®.

Please contact us (Funky Tea Shirt®) FIRST regarding ALL refunds at the customer service email address of support@FunkyTeaShirt.com.  Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond by return email (USA Pacific Time Zone).

If you qualify for a refund, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number to be included on the outside shipment packaging of your return item's). DO NOT return ANY merchandise until Funky Tea Shirt® authorizes you in written of a return.  Failure to carefully follow our Return Merchant Authorization rules and conditions as clearly outlined here may result in additional shipping cost (or otherwise) to be paid by you (the customer).  If you have any questions or concerns about your order you can always email support at support@FunkyTeaShirt.com. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond by return email (USA Pacific Time Zone).

NOTE: The customer is responsible for ALL cost associated with a returned item.  You the customer will be FULLY responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item's). ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the total cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Except in the case where Funky Tea Shirt® was fully in the fault of faulty or defective merchandise received by you the customer.

Funky Tea Shirt® is not at fault for incorrect shipment mailing addresses by the customer including returned/refused merchandise by the postal/mailing delivery carrier.

RISK OF LOSS OF SHIPMENT.
All items purchased from Funky Tea Shirt® are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Funky Tea Shirt® is not at fault for or not responsible after successful delivery by the postal/mailing delivery carrier of ANY lost or stolen merchandise at the customer’s place of delivery.  This is the customer’s sole responsibility.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE).
Once your return is received and inspected by Funky Tea Shirt®, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. This refund process can sometimes take up to five business days (Saturday’s & Sundays and USA Federal Holidays are NOT included) by your financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE).
If you haven’t received a refund after five business days (Saturday’s & Sundays and USA Federal Holidays are NOT included), first check your bank or credit/debit card or your financial institution account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company or financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact Funky Tea Shirt® at support@FunkyTeaShirt.com. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to respond by return email (USA Pacific Time Zone). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (this is optional but recommended). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
